Stella Noutsou was born in Athens. She studied Civil Engineering with specialization in transportation at the National University of Thessaly. Quite early in her professional life, has undertaken positions of responsibility, becoming Product Manager for European funded technical and transport projects and as Chief Project Manager in the respective department.

She has experience in planning, managing and implementation of European Funded projects, starting from the preparation of the funding proposal to the actual implementation of the respective work. Moreover, her experience to date, clearly illustrates her ability to successfully manage groups and achieve goals in a timely and effective manner. Currently is an Operation Manager based in Athens for Europe’s best mobility app.

She loves dogs, nature, good dining and dedicates her free time to her friends.
